PHLAZE (Plan → Hustle → Launch → Accelerate → Zero-in → Execute) is an entrepreneur toolkit providing business planning, analytics, and growth tools through web, iOS, and Android applications.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime through your account settings or app store subscription management.
Business data you enter into PHLAZE remains yours. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You can export your business data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) from your account settings.
We target 99.5% uptime for the web platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
PHLAZE owns all platform code, designs, and content. Your business data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for service delivery.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the platform; (b) use it for illegal purposes; (c) share accounts; (d) attempt to extract proprietary algorithms.
PHLAZE may include AI-powered analytics and recommendations. These are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.
PHLAZE is provided "as is." Business recommendations and analytics are for educational purposes and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Liability is capped at the total amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may terminate accounts violating these Terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
Binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under AAA rules.
